Living in Ocean City MD (on the water) what is the best type of sod for this area? Mostly full sun, some shade, very hot summers and cold windy winters, with coastal (saltwater) flooding at times?

Tall Fescue is the predominant turfgrass grown in the area. Kentucky Bluegrass would also grow, but Tall Fescue generally has slightly better salt tolerance and drought resistance. Both types have excellent cold tolerance.
