I just put my sod in here in delaware, Should i be watering the sod and how much?

If you installed the sod in November, you should really only need to water it once after installing it. Aim to put about an inch or so of water on it. It will only require additional watering if we do not receive rain for several weeks.

If you install sod in late spring, summer, or early fall, you need to water it every day for about two weeks. You can then cut back to every other day, and then every third day as the roots become more and more established.
