What is the best type of sod for Severn, MD? Is a fescue mix better than Black Beauty?

Black Beauty is actually a tall fescue mixture. It has very similar characteristics to our DuraBlend Tall Fescue. Both are excellent choices for the area, and both are easy to care for. Black Beauty has a slightly darker color if properly maintained, but is not Maryland State Certified like our Durablend Tall Fescue. It is very hard to tell the two apart.
