I have an area of 320 feet that I want to fix with SOD GRASS and I have 2 little girls, so I am looking for a nice grass, how much should I buy and which one you recommend?

I would recommend our Durablend Tall Fescue. Once established, it'll last a long time. Keep the grass healthy and you won't have to apply herbicides. The thick stand of grass will crowd out most weeds. To cover 320 sq. ft., you will need 32 rolls of sod. Each roll covers 10 sq. ft.
